Facilitator Network

Meada Hall is the Project Director of the Community-Based Work Transition Program at the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. She provides training and technical assistance to high schools in Kentucky who assist students with disabilities in their last two years of high school to obtain paid employment. Meada is completing her doctorate in Special Education and has extensive experience in working with high school students to transition to adult life. She has experience in facilitating Personal Futures Planning process, PATH, and also COACH, which stands for "Choosing Outcomes and Accommodations for Children." Meada considers herself at the "Proficient" skill level.
